The Aprotek Universal RS-232 Interface, or USR-232, is an RS-232 serial interface that plugs into the user port of Commodore computers such as the Commodore 64 and 128.

Features
While there were many manufacturers of user port RS232 interfaces, this one is uncommon in that it features a convenient pass-thru port. The USR-232 is housed in a small plastic case that is easily opened and has a permanent cable attached that terminates with a standard male DB-25 connector.
