B128 256K Upgrade

The original 128K is on the bottom (banks 0 and 1). These chips are ceramic package (purple with gold lid) and were not socketed from the factory. I added the sockets and decoupling capacitors above them to accept an additional 128K (banks 2 and 3). Later, I went back and installed sockets under the original chips as well.
