The HART (Hatronics Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) cartridge from Hatronics is a high speed serial cartridge for C64/128. It is interesting because it is based on the 8250 UART, while most other serial cartridges such as the SwiftLink use the 6551 ACIA.

Software
The HART cartridge does not include any software but the manual has programming information. Novaterm and DesTerm 128 both include built-in support for the HART cartridge. The source code for Novaterm is available and includes its HART driver.
